A shift is seven days. The machine goes to work with its fuel, both come back in full, and the shift earns standing on the floor: a union card for the machine, the Floor Pass at five on shift, a foreman's badge at five union cards. No yield is paid. Nothing is at risk but a week.

What a shift earns

Standing belongs to the machine, not the wallet: sell the machine and its card goes with it. The union hall syncs with the chain every hour.

Start a shift

A machine clocks in by being sent to the shift contract together with its fuel: at least 50,000 $HOPIUM, or about $10 worth, whichever is more. Both are locked for seven days. The contract has no owner, no admin functions and no fees, and it returns the machine and every wei of fuel to the wallet that sent them. Ending a shift early brings everything home at once; that shift simply does not count.

The mechanism is real and the lock is real. The shift contract is immutable, ownerless and feeless; the machine and its fuel always return in full. No yield is paid and none is promised. What a shift earns is standing: the union card, the Floor Pass, the foreman's badge. Verify the contract.
